By creating an account or otherwise using RentIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. Individual users must be of legal age in their country.
RentIQ provides calculators, forecasts and reporting tools for short-term rental hosts. All calculations and AI forecasts are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal or investment advice.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We retain all rights, title and interest in the service, including software, models, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account or via paddle.net.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where it cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination your access ends; you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the courts competent for the provider's place of residence, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
